\nAfter the inspection, roof cleaning commences.
\nThis is done by using high pressure water at 3000psi, which removes dirt, moss, lichen and any loose\/old paint.
\nDirty water is directed away from drains, water tanks and catchments by disconnecting down pipes and using sandbags or temporary down piping plastic to direct water onto grass.
\nAfter cleaning is finished, all gutters, fascias and housing walls and windows are rinsed off to remove any dirt or discolored water.
