After the inspection, roof cleaning commences.
This is done by using high pressure water at 3000psi, which removes dirt, moss, lichen and any loose/old paint.
Dirty water is directed away from drains, water tanks and catchments by disconnecting down pipes and using sandbags or temporary down piping plastic to direct water onto grass.
After cleaning is finished, all gutters, fascias and housing walls and windows are rinsed off to remove any dirt or discolored water. Also any broken pieces of cement, tile or paint picked up off the surrounds of the house.
